Carrefour Pikit UX & Instruction Manual Design

Pikit allows you to scan the barcode or dictate the product’s name for adding products to your shopping list. Just order the products you need at home, take them back from supermarkets or make them deliver.

We helped Carrefour team to improve Pikit’s user experience, from how to start Pikit to sound reactions of every operation via working on the whole scenario. According to the life circle, I worked on the Quick Start Guide and Operating Manual to help users to get started quickly.

After have illustrated step by step Pikit’s usage , I integrated also some illustrations into the configuration pages of existing Carrefour App.

Client: Carrefour France

The products you scanned or dictated are automatically registered in your shopping list, which can be accessed from your Carrefour Drive mobile app.

During the manual design, I tried to stand on the consumers’ point to consider how to abstract the product and draw the stories with simplest lines.
